This kiln was fired only five times (or less) since new and has been in storage on a pallet. Kiln works great and is fully operational.
One piece of insulation requires replacing. See photo of top edge. There are insulation pieces in one wall that have cracks, also shown in the photo. ( I don't know if the cracks have any effect on performance or element life but there are materials for repair if needed).
One shelf with four posts included.
