This Souvenir Hat is fully covered in sequin and has 7 lights in it that are run with 3 button batteries. The lights run on 3 flicker speeds, there is no stationary setting.
The on/off switch is in the front left side of the brim.
Pr-owned and used. There are a lot of wrinkles in the hat from use. The light next to the battery box can wiggle out of the hole but works fine. There are no other defects that I can find.
