Penney and Friends dolls were only made for Holiday 2000. They were sculpted exclusively by Robert Tonner .They were produced only for JC Penney's Holiday Catalog 2000 by the Tonner Doll Company.
These 19" dolls are exceptionally good quality and make a good "friend" doll to Magic Attic Club dolls. They were also sculpted by Robert Tonner.
Penny has bright green fixed inset eyes and a sweet smile. She has a wig of beautiful flowing red hair. Her outfit is a red faux leather  mini skirt and matching zippered vest. Along with her white t-shirt, knee socks and black boots - they create a stunning outfit. The purchase includes the doll, vest, skirt, t-shirt, socks and boots. She is used/as is condition. I feel she is in good condition. No certifications. No original box available. Lower price reflects this.
These are 19" slim dolls. They do not have a cloth body torso like the American Girl dolls. Most AG doll clothing will be too wide for these dolls. They are vinyl and share clothing that fit Magic Attic Club , Carpatina, Stardust Classic's and Just Pretend dolls.(Just Pretend are also known as iDolls by Kid Galaxy)
